The short version

Your ticket details and your account of events are used to draft your letter and are not used to train any model. Evidence photos never leave your phone. No account is required. Quashkit has no advertising, no tracking and sells no data.

What is processed

The ticket details you enter and the grounds you write are sent to our AI drafting service to produce your letter, along with the jurisdiction and tone you choose. They are processed transiently for this purpose only. The letter is drafted for you to read, edit and send yourself.

What is stored

Your tickets, deadlines and letters are stored only on your device. We operate no server-side copy of your cases or letters. Evidence photos remain in your phone's gallery and are never uploaded — the app only remembers which ones you attached.

Purchases

Each unlock is a one-time purchase billed and processed entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details and receive no personal data from the transaction. Nothing is a subscription and nothing renews.

Children

Quashkit is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
