What Quashkit is
Quashkit is a self-help document drafting tool. It helps you record a parking ticket, understand the grounds and deadlines, and draft an appeal letter you can read, edit and send yourself.
What Quashkit is not
It is not a lawyer and does not give legal advice. It never files an appeal, never contacts an operator, council or authority on your behalf, and never represents you. Using it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. For anything that matters, consult a qualified adviser.
Your responsibility
You read every word before anything is sent, and you send it yourself. Quashkit can misread a ticket, a ground or a deadline; the ticket and the authority's own correspondence always govern. You remain solely responsible for the facts you enter, the letters you send and every decision you take or decline to take.
No promised outcome
Win or lose, it's one price. Quashkit does not promise that any appeal will succeed.
The purchase
Unlocking a ticket is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play (UK £6.99; other regions priced locally, e.g. $9.99 US). It is not a subscription and does not renew. It covers drafting and escalation letters for that ticket. Purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
No warranty
Quashkit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loadcircle is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the app's output.
